At tenx mindset, we strive to deliver high-quality coaching, mentorship, and training programs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for our services.


1. Coaching & Mentorship Sessions

  • Once a session is booked and confirmed, it cannot be refunded.
  • If you are unable to attend a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered forfeited.

2. Programs, Courses & Workshops

  • Refunds will not be issued once access to an online program, digital product, or workshop has been granted.
  • If you face technical issues accessing a course, we will provide support to resolve the problem.

3. Subscription or Package Plans

  • For multi-session packages or monthly plans, unused sessions cannot be refunded, but may be rescheduled within the validity period (subject to coach availability).
  • Cancellation of ongoing packages will not be eligible for a partial refund.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake.
  • Payment charged due to technical error.
  • In such cases, please contact us within 7 working days with proof of payment.
